Location: 222 Gregson Drive, Cary, North Carolina 27511
Core Responsibilities
Review and maintain assigned accounting schedules
Strive for continuous improvement
Build relationships and communication with dealership personnel, HCAO staff, and HAG employees
Attend department meetings as required
Attend schedule reviews with department manager
Dealer Trade Specialist
Process all dealer trade worksheets on a daily basis
Verify that MCOs match incoming and outgoing units
Ensure the MCO is assigned to the correct dealership
Ensure payment is collected for units sold
Follow up on MCO status if it is not received at the time of transfer
Issue payments for purchased units
Maintain appropriate remarks on schedules
Maintain assigned schedules and be prepared for management review
Make detailed and appropriate notes on assigned schedules
