Description We are in the agriculture industry, located in Cary, North Carolina, and are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Use accounting software systems to maintain financial data

• Operate ADP - Financial Services for financial management

• Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management

• Ensure financial integrity through proper accounting functions

• Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate billing

• Oversee cash activity to maintain accurate financial records

• Handle cash effectively and accurately

• Operate Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for business management. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for efficient financial management.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary for seamless financial operations.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential to streamline business processes.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial to manage the company's financial health.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is vital to ensure timely payment from customers.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is required to maintain accurate financial records.

• Experience in managing Cash Activity is necessary for effective cash flow management.

• Skilled in Cash Handling to accurately process transactions and maintain records.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential for managing business operations and financial processes.
