JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan & track the end to end process for the movement of SKU"s from previous organization to new tollers, from contract signing through to production.
Develop and maintain project roadmaps, in KeySuite and other tools as required.
KPI setting and tracking.
Create appropriate structure and governance to ensure successful delivery of the change.
Collect, analyze and consolidate weekly status reports from workstream"s leads.
Manage communications and change management internally, alerting stakeholders to their part within the transformation and help them navigate the change.
Employ PMO, Project, Change management and Supply Chain Skills as appropriate to support the successful outputs for the projects.
Risk, issue and dependency management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. Degree
Strong experience in project management
Microsoft Excel skills
Manufacturing background
Supply chain experience
Merger background is preferred
Project Management tools and techniques like Agile, Waterfall, PMI, MS Project.
Supply Chain experience in a multi cultural environment.
Good Communication Skills: Fluent English.
