Job Title: CNC Mill Operator

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC mill.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints.

• Experience with micrometers and calipers.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a well-organized and clean machine shop with 24 CNC machines, primarily Haas equipment, including a mix of mills and lathes. The machining department is part of a larger facility that also includes departments for fabrication, packing, assembly, and welding. The first shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and the second shift from 2:30/3:30 PM to 2:00 AM with a 15% shift premium when permanent. Additionally, the first shift works from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, plus 5 hours on Saturday if necessary. The second shift operates from 3:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday, plus 5 hours on Saturday if necessary, with a 10% shift differential when permanent.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
