Building Maintenance/Construction – Starting at $20.00 per hour

Adecco is partnering with a local business in Carthage, MO, to recruit for a Building Maintenance/Construction position. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with stable hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

If you have a strong foundation in building maintenance and repairs, this role offers a great chance to apply your skills in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building repairs, including work on windows, doors, and basic structural elements.

• Assist with basic electrical and plumbing tasks (experience is a plus but not required).

• Ensure attention to detail in all maintenance duties to maintain building quality.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Basic building maintenance experience is required; additional construction experience is a bonus.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
