Position Overview

Please note this position is based out our Create Centre in Cartersville, GA.

As a Marketing Coordinator for the brand's Inforum group, you will serve as the marketing department’s front-line communication and support to our sales force and clients; making sure our sales team has the product, competitive and technical information needed to grow our business across all market segments and product categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and requests concerning products, brand messaging and installation; serving as the front-line point of contact for our sales force and clients via phone, text, email, and live chat.

  • Complete requests for standard and custom requests for sales; including local Account Managers and RVPs.

  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments, including Technical Services, customer service, R&D, Sample department and Marketing Services.

  • Research and provide competitive analysis.

  • Manage and maintain Shaw Contract.com Resource Center, Inforum team Drive or other designated databases with product, marketing, project, and technical data to ensure updated and accurate information.

  • Assist Marketing Managers and Segment Directors with short-term and long-term ongoing marketing projects.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Acknowledge and resolve internal and external customer issues, providing a world class client experience.

  • Manage and maintain a continuous feedback loop, collecting feedback, knowledge, and insights from customers, sharing with the appropriate internal teams, and taking action to address it.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in marketing or communications or equivalent experience

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic graphic design skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adaptable to a wide range of internal and external customer issues

  • Experience with managing a variety of customer interactions including phone calls, emails and/or live chat

  • Organized and able to effectively manage several projects/tasks at one time

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Possess good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Knowledge in the areas of international markets, foreign cultures and international business operations
