Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting, processing, and managing recyclable materials, as well as loading and unloading pallets from trailers.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process cardboards and other recyclable materials.

• Move recycling items from bins to designated containers.

• Load and offload pallets from trailers.

Essential Skills

• Ability to operate a pallet jack or electric pallet jack.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with forklift operation.

• Material handling experience.

• Inventory management skills.

• Experience with picking, packing, and using RF scanners.

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse setting where you will be handling various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds. The dress code is casual and suitable for a warehouse environment. You will be expected to work in shifts to meet operational needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson City, NV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
