This role will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to our Workforce Management Software and hardware. This role involves monitoring, prioritizing, and addressing support tickets submitted by users experiencing challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement fixes, and enhance system performance. The position requires maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions, provides user training, and contributes to ongoing improvements in WFM processes and technologies to optimize workforce efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

• Will make independent decisions as it relates to partnering with ActivTrak vendor and our systems. Will solve complex technical issues to ensure the ability to utilize tool on our platforms

• Advanced Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac applications

• Microsoft Entra/Active Directory, Working with end point devices (laptops, desktops), Scripting, API’s

• Experience managing an ITSM tool like Ivanti

• Queue management and meeting SLA’s

• Trusted with elevated Access to accounts and systems

• Experience troubleshooting web applications

• Familiarity with system and policy management applications such as GPO

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• College degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in one or more of the following: Technical troubleshooting, Solutions Architecture, System Management

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

• Skills for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms to customers, then explain customer needs to internal partners.

• Experience leading efforts of cross-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects.

• Networking knowledge: Routing, Firewalls, Proxies, and General Knowledge of Cloud Security Applications.

• SQL and Python scripting experience

• Cloud Services: Azure AD, Intune, BigQuery

• Familiar with BI applications such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio

• Technical Account Management, Technology Consulting, Technology Solutions Development, Solutions Architecture, Cloud Computing, System Management.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$52,000.00 - $90,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
