ROLE PURPOSEThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: fulfillment of parts to all FSL’s & direct to customers, receiving of all inbound deliveries (new product & returned items), packaging and processing of all unit’s post-repair, maintaining inventory control accuracy. They will actively engage with Inbound and Repair operations leadership to implement new operational improvements and new services. The supervisor is expected to drive process improvements throughout the entire warehouse.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES•Safely oversee the receipt of all inbound deliveries & shipment of all outbound product•Lead, mentor, and develop fulfillment operations team •Maintain and drive inventory accuracy of the warehouse•Ensure daily completion of all outbound transfer orders •Identify and troubleshoot problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary•Provide coverage for other supervisors for vacation or as other needs occur•Participate in 5S and other Operational Excellence initiatives•Ensure compliance throughout the site to global process standards and work on continuous improvement initiatives•Record all receiving documentation and ensure audit standards are met. •Monitor cycle count, complete recount and investigate discrepancies. •Resolve inventory, shipment, invoice and receipt discrepancies / make accurate adjustments. •Administrative duties required for Paylocity, vacation, sick time, attendance, shipping errors and KPI performance.•Evaluate and make recommendations for hiring, performance improvement and other employee related career aspects.•Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment in the receipt of all inbound deliveries & shipment of all outbound product•Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees•Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations; establish training and operational practices to ensure compliance•Ensure warehouse/team goals, quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS•Associate’s degree with three years experience in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management preferred; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES •Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills•Training, supervising and appraising staff•Operating mechanical and IT systems•Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met•Data entry, time management, critical thinking, and leadership.•Ability to learn company ERP software application•Ability to make clear, concise, and convincing business presentations and reports that will have high level impact with executive and senior level management.•Reverse logistics experience •Proficiency in Oracle JDE 9.2 is desired.

PAY RANGE: $55K-$70K - Actual pay will be adjuste d based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.

WORK SCHEDULE- This position is required to work 5 days a week onsite. Mandatory workdays are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Employee can choose if they prefer to work Tuesday or Thursday. Whichever day is not selected as their normal workday will be their day off. Please note that steel toed shoes are required on the first day of employment. Time schedule is 6am - 3pm.
