Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Site Engineer for an energy and automation digital solutions company. This position will sit remotely for 1 week out of the month and on project site for 3 weeks out of the month. On a day to day basis this person will be on Data Center construction sites and tasked with learning and becoming the go to engineer for questions on a given drawing package. They will provide engineering support to the Site Supervisor and Project Manager. The first month or 2 will be training with an experienced Site Engineer. Very heavy travel.

Skills and Requirements

MUST:

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Wants to sit for their EIT or already scheduled to sit (Goal is for these candidates to get EIT, train under a PE and eventually accrue enough hours to sit for their PE license)

• Open to lots of travel after initial project is over. Once the project is complete the site engineer will get assigned to another project which will more than likely not be located where the first project was.

PLUSSES:

• AutoCAD and Revit Experience

• Internship

• Construction background or experience null
