Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Carrollton, Texas. This role primarily involves being the primary onsite point of contact for client employee inquiries, maintaining the workplace environment, and coordinating site resources and events. It is a significant role in the enhancement of the workplace experience and the smooth running of office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client employee inquiries, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and feedback regarding workplace services.

• Maintain the client’s workplace environment in alignment with company values and brand.

• Coordinate scheduling and event coordination for Innovation Hub and Customer Briefing Center.

• Uphold the safety and security procedures in the workplace.

• Prioritize services and experiences for employees and guests.

• Coordinate site resources, activities, events, and communications.

• Maintain and coordinate the site calendar of events.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience and create initiatives to streamline processes for client employees.

• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with the client's objectives.

• Liaise with local leaders, vendors, and facility management to ensure seamless office operations.

• Collaborate with facility management and IT to monitor and maintain facility operation systems such as AV, HVAC, Security cameras, badge system, reservation system, and digital signage. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance roles.

• Proficiency in using property management software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong knowledge of real estate industry and property management principles.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Willingness to continue learning and improving administrative skills.
