Selery Fulfillment (1) Floor Supervisor - due to expansion - they have 20 warehouse leads all together that report to the floor manager - floor manager is needing help so they are opening this supervisor role - highly prefer bilingual in Spanish - need to know how to drive a forklift (for training purposes) but do not need to FL certified - must have WMS knowledge, or at least OMS knowledge - 2 step int process, virtual then in person - work single shift 7 am - 5 pm About Selery: - started in 2016 and are growing at 35% yearly - have offices in Salt Lake, Chicago, & Orlando - they are an ecommerce distribution center - they have over 200 customers they cater to - company made up of ladies, around 160, and roughly 10-12 guys - mainly everyone there is either hispanic or venezuelan - highly prefers bilingual candidates due to the language barrier but won't turn away great non bilinguals - they are currently outsourcing their HR department who is also working on recruiting for these roles. they post on Indeed - Will hire when they find the right candidate

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 5:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Will report directly to CFO. Primary focus is to manage the proccesses while implementing a new WMS system. Will not have any direct reports but will work closely with supervisor to develop metrics and practices for optimal performance. Will need to be proficient with a forklift for training purposes and will need to be fully bilingual.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 4 hours at one time

• working weekends
