Job Title: LifeCycle Manager

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the overall purpose of the onsite LCS Manager is to manage the day-to-day activities at the facility and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner and manage priorities in keeping with deadlines and SLAs. The LCS Manager will have responsibility to lead and participate in both technical and warehouse teams that perform tasks such as: asset auditing, inspection, data capture, data erasure, configuration of network and other IT devices, and perform quality checks.

Hard Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with ITAD

• Warehouse and forklift experience

• Testing

Soft Skills

• Organization and precision with inventory control

• Ability to learn and adjust easily with changing priorities

• Supportive team player

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Richardson, Texas.

Work Environment

Very organized but non-climate controlled warehouse - hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Smaller team size - once fully staffed around 12-15 on the ITAD side and 10-15 on the warehouse side.
