MAVERICK MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION Dispatcher/Customer Service in Carrollton, Texas

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. We are looking for a dedicated individual to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to our valued clients.

Duties:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  • Maintain a high level of service knowledge to address customer queries effectively.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Transportation management systems, Transportation management is a plus.

  • Dispatch experience preferred

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
