Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Carrollton, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing document libraries, and providing general support to business leaders and employees. This role requires excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage document libraries and records.
Schedule conference rooms and coordinate cleaning crew activities.
Assist the document management team with sorting and filing operations.
Ensure timely completion of document reviews and updates.
Update procedures and manage file-sharing documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage visitor logistics to the plant.
Update communication boards with relevant information.
Provide clerical assistance to plant staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma or GED minimum required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a relatable position
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must be willing to obtain a TWIC card (cost reimbursed by Kelly).
