We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial/Residential Plumber to join our growing team in Carrollton, Georgia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small residential repairs to large-scale commercial installations. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber in both commercial and residential settings.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.

• Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.

salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites

• Perform installation of plumbing systems at properties

• Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites

• Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems

• Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors

• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains

• Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections

• Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction

• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees

• Manage a work log

• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites

• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients

• Replace plumbing fixtures like sinks and toilets. Residential plumbers review blueprints to determine the materials needed and use pressure gauges to ensure the integrity of the system.

• Install and replace water heaters, ensuring they are functioning properly. They also connect water heaters to pipes and fixtures, like sinks, tubs, and toilets.
