We are seeking a Maintenance Reliability Manager for a Manufacturer in Carrollton, Ga. salary: $87,000 - $130,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Direct employees in repair of electrical and mechanical systems, apparatus, and components oA industrial machinery and equipment, Aollowing electrical codes, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Schedule and assign employees to daily tas) oA maintaining production equipment via wor) orders

• Schedule maintenance technicians and maintain database Aor equipment calibrations such as spar) testers, lump-nec) and line counters.

• Schedule maintenance technicians and maintain database Aor equipment calibrations such as spar) testers, lump-nec) and line counters.

• Provide leadership and support of lean Manufacturing initiatives.

• Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.

• Tracks, analyzes, and improves key maintenance metrics such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance.

• Must have Bachelors Degree in Engineering and at leats 5 years experience in Manufacturing.

• Five years of electrical, mechancical experience with manufacturing equipment.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
