Lake City Bank Retail Support Specialist; Warsaw, IN in Carmel, Indiana
Are you a detail-oriented individual that enjoys administrative responsibilities, multi-tasking, and collecting data? Do you want to work for a company that cares about your future? As a Retail Support Specialist in Warsaw, IN you will:
- Assist with the processing of Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) applications
- Become acclimated with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) worksheets and be a part of the HMDA review process
- Assist in the preparation of Retail Loan Documentation for Branch Personnel
- Process and prepare HELOC documentation for closing
- Be responsible for filing loan documentation
Basic Qualifications Include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Previous mortgage experience preferred
- General office and clerical skills
- Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Hours:
- Monday- Friday: 8:00-5:00
- Saturday: 8:00-11:00 (work 1-2 Saturdays per month)
