Constructors Inc Receptionist in Carlsbad, New Mexico
Essential Job Functions:
Receives calls, refers, takes messages or contacts the appropriate member of management.
Provides administrative assistance to members of management.
Maintains a presentable office environment.
Orders and maintains office supplies and other perishable supplies.
Maintains all filing systems.
Pick-up, sort, and distribute mail and maintain postage meter.
Maintain the contacts database.
Maintain the office phone system.
Maintain internal phone list.
Print safety, company monthly, and newsletters as needed.
Run errands in town as needed.
Assist in organizing company functions as needed.
Equipment used to perform job:
Suitable "professional" clothing in order to project a positive image to customers and suppliers.
Telephone, computer, copier, scanner, fax, 10-key calculator.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities used to perform job (in addition to above):
Advanced reading. (Ability to understand, written instructions and procedures)
Ability to build positive customer relations even with difficult customers.
Ability to get along with co-workers.
Must be dependable and punctual
Bi-lingual preferred.

Near acuity: Continuously. Requires clarity of vision twenty inches or less to monitor terminal screen and review documents.
