Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Carlsbad, California. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in our operation, providing customer service and administrative support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or individual.

• Welcome visitors with a detail-oriented approach, providing them with a friendly and helpful interaction.

• Assist with various administrative projects, including tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

• Facilitate effective communication between customers and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide support to the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other tools to organize files and schedule appointments.

• Display exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset in all interactions.

• Efficiently answer and manage a multi-line phone system, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
