Description

We invite an Executive Assistant expansive in skills and humility to join an esteemed academy. Your unique opportunity will be to serve as the right hand to the President. As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will attend to the intricate aspects of the President's schedule, correspondence, and engagements. The immense success of our administration depends on your efficiency and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate the President’s meetings, appointments, and external relations.

  • Handle professional correspondence and ensure discreet handling of all business.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for meetings.

  • Ensure the President's schedule is followed and respected.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management.
