Job Description
Conduct product assemblies, with use of hand tools, following blueprints and ensuring quality standards with the use of microscope
Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
Successfully complete training on production tasks.
Understand travelers/routers, how to identify materials, use a microscope and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.
Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).
Work directly with the Engineers/Supervisors ensuring product integrity / quality is met at all times.
Work with Engineers to develop process documentation.
Perform inventory counts.
Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required.

Understanding of SOP and Line Clearance
Experience working with adhesives (different Loctite)
Experience with EFD dispensers and UV curing system

This position is on the 2nd shift, from 2:40 PM to 11:10 PM, and operates in a cleanroom environment.
