A recognized healthcare organization located in Carlsbad is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is central to the successful management of the company's payable functions, ensuring the provision of efficient, accurate financial and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the timing, processing, and reconciliation of all payable invoices.

• Collaborating and communicating with vendors regarding billing issues and payment schedules.

• Maintaining organizational integrity by following company procedures and ensuring all payments adhere to company policies and budget.

• Assembling and presenting detailed payable reports to support financial analysis and budget creation.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience handling accounts payable, in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

• Excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work well under pressure.
