Robert Half is seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to add to a growing team. The successful candidate will handle both initial shipping and any necessary returns. You must be able to ensure accuracy with our outgoing deliveries while maintaining a clear record of all incoming packages from suppliers and customers. Previous experience with bill of ladings is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline shipping and transportation processes.

• Work with procurement staff to manage inventory and ensure receipt of new products for shipment.

• Generate invoices for outgoing orders.

• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.).

• Keep an inventory of inbound and outbound shipments.

• Maintain updated records of inventory and activity logs.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in a shipping/receiving role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
