A reputable and well-known home healthcare company is currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join their team. They are seeking a candidate with previous experience in the home healthcare industry. You'll be responsible for matching qualified caregivers with patients in need of in-home support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct search activities for Home Health Aids, including networking contacts, job board mining, and internet sourcing.

• Conduct phone, digital (Zoom, Skype), and in-person interviews.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including posting job adverts, resume screening, conducting first-round interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding.

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System accurately.

• Work closely with clients to understand the specifics of the care requirements.

• Strategically utilize job boards, networks, cold-calling, and research methods to source passive candidates.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role in healthcare sector.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites.

• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
