Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment and facility systems.

  • Supervisors are direct points of contact and leadership for all technicians within their shift.

  • Ensure proper turn time of preventive maintenance schedules and timely response to critical equipment downtime issues in the distribution center.

  • Train and develop maintenance personnel, ensuring skill sets meet minimum job requirements.

  • Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to its full capability.

  • Interact with outside vendors for coordination of all construction projects related to the facility, property, and equipment.

  • Validate quality work and compliance with all safety standards.

  • Oversee the back stock of maintenance spare parts and supplies, minimizing inventory levels through strong supplier partnerships.

  • Ensure contractual compliance for landscape, mat rental, pest control, snow removal, waste management, and fire system maintenance accounts.

  • Maintain an active partnership with the safety committee to ensure a strong alliance regarding all safety issues on the property.

SHIFTS AVAILIBLE:

  • 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3:00pm-12:00am

  • Hybrid Weekend: Friday - Monday 9:30am-8:30pm (can be flexible)

Work Environment

  • Will be working within a warehouse environment with large conveyors throughout the facility.

  • Maintenance team is divided into 3 categories: Mechanic I, Mechanic II, Controls Tech, and Supervisors.

  • The Supervisor will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. The position offers a pay range of $80,000-$90,000/year.

  • All tools and PPE are provided.
