Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

  • Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment and facility systems. Supervisors serve as direct points of contact and leaders for all technicians within their shift. Comfortable with all tasks, leadership responsibilities, and able to communicate effectively with operation management. Enforce proper turn time of preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure timely response to critical equipment downtime issues in the distribution center. Train and develop maintenance personnel; ensure that skill sets meet minimum job requirements.

  • Shift available: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:00pm-12:00am

  • Pay Rate: $80,000-$90,000 based on experience
