Job Description:

Provide facilities support as part of a team to ensure that building infrastructure (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc and grounds are available, maintained, repaired and improved in a safe and complaint state and available and suitable for business operational needs. This includes joining a one week in 6 on-call rota.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinating and undertaking electrical installation and fault-finding activities, corrective works and improvements and managing the LOTO program.

• Performing planned and unplanned facilities related maintenances, Inspections, repairs and upgrades in line with instructions, and to standard.

• Provide support for projects, factory acceptances, New Product Introductions, 5S, KPI updates and improvement initiatives.

  Who you are:

• Multi skilled Technician with electrical bias and competence. HNC/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical discipline. 18th edition & Initial and periodic Inspection and testing 2391.52 desired.

• Technical understanding of Building distribution, load management, billing and sustainability.

• Team player with safety mindset and good communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience within a manufacturing and/or clean room environment, understanding of HVAC, extraction systems.

• Qualifications and / or demonstrated competency in supportive disciplines e.g. FGAS, Freeze Dryers, welding, fire standards /certification...
