Mukuru Accounts Payable clerk in Cape Town, South Africa

Are you detail-oriented and adept at managing accounts payable processes in a fast-paced environment? As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be instrumental in our daily operations, handling AP invoices efficiently through the Fraxion procure-to-pay software. Your role will ensure meticulous compliance with our chart of accounts before exporting invoices to our EFP system, Netsuite. Collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, you will demonstrate a proactive, flexible, and can-do approach to support our dynamic business needs. Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

  • Daily administration of AP invoices through the Precure to pay software Fraxion, acquiring and processing of daily invoices for all Mukuru entities , ensure that invoices are correctly allocated to the chart of accounts prior to ERP export inti Netsuite, assisting in the reconciliation of accounts from vendors.

  • Ensure full compliance with all internal procedures & Policies relating to Procurement, compliance, legal, data privacy and infosec due diligence for all onboarding of new service providers suppliers and contractors across all Mukuru entities.

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent

  • At least 2 years Procurement AP Administration experience

  • Precure to pay systems knowledge.

  • -BBEE knowledge of preferential procurement practices

  • Location to be based in Cape Town , only Cape Town candidates to apply to role.
