Director of European Development - HCCS

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify expansion opportunities.
• Evaluate market potential and develop data-driven entry strategies.

Business Development:

• Drive market penetration through robust business plans.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
• Secure partnerships that align with growth objectives.

Strategic Planning:

• Define clear growth goals and actionable plans to achieve them.
• Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and market insights.

Operational Excellence:

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement expansion initiatives.
• Manage resources, budgets, and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

Brand Building and Marketing:

• Lead marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility across Europe.
• Represent HCCS Coding as a trusted leader in health information management.

Performance Reporting:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development and market expansion.

Minimum Annual Salary $171,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $171,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
