Description

Robert Half has a new opening for an AI/ML Engineer with a reputable client based in Cape Coral, FL.

Position is 100% REMOTE (candidates in FL preferred, but not a requirement). Compensation ranging $120-150K depending on experience.

Top Skills Looking For:

  • Full Stack AI/ML development

  • Experience in Ruby on Rails & Node.JS is preferred - but they ARE open to other

  • Blockchain

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML models and algorithms

  • Implement blockchain solutions and integrate them with existing systems

  • Develop and maintain full stack applications using Ruby on Rails and Node.js

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features

  • Optimize application performance and scalability

  • Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Proven experience in AI/ML development and implementation

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications

  • Experience with full stack development, including frontend and backend technologies

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Desired Qualities:

  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Node.js

  • Self-starter with a track record of consistently delivering completed work

  • Demonstrated mastery of software engineering craft

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
