$ 10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Competitive Hourly Rate with Generous Shift Differential (Nights and Weekends)

8 Paid Holidays and 16 Hours of Personal Time

SHIFTS AND HOURS

  • Full and Part Time Positions are available for Day Shift (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)

  • Part-Time LPN Shifts are flexible, according to your own schedule

  • Scheduled Shifts are 12 Hours, 3 Days per week with shift differentials available

  • All Full Time LPN Rotate Weekend Shifts.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

  • Provide and coordinate care by assessing medical and behavioral health needs of patient, write and implement medical treatment plans, maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.

  • Ensure physician’s orders are legible if taken verbally and transcribed appropriately per policy and procedure.

  • Ensure patient’s status is assessed on an ongoing basis and pertinent information gathered is documented. Notify physician of significant changes in status

  • Accurately administer medications per ordered note and document accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents.

    EDUCATION AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduation from an NLN approved Nursing School

  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota

  • Knowledge of Chemical Dependency, Rehabilitation and Psych preferred

    TRAINING AND ORIENTATION

Keystone Treatment Center is committed to Training and Safety. All New Hire RNs will attend a 2 Day Facility Orientation and Patient Treatment Program Overview before spending 2 Weeks in Unit Orientation with a Preceptor. We can accommodate shadow shifts for interested candidates!
