The OSP Project Coordinator plays an important role in the progress of multiple Outside Plan (OSP) construction projects: responsible for the full lifecycle management and reporting of assigned projects, managing customer and community inquiries, providing 90-day schedule Estimated Completion Date (ECD), Smartsheet validation, and ensuring all invoices are properly routed and paid. The successful candidate will have project management job experience, an understanding of construction operations, budgeting, invoicing, and possess excellent communication skills. Must successfully and professionally interact with a variety of internal and external teams, to help Lumos accomplish its exciting growth goals. Essential Functions Coordinates on all project activities to ensure lifecycle, budget, and progress requirements are met. Maintains project schedule and production tracker delivers daily status to leadership through meetings and provides weekly reports to Senior Director and SVP. Build collaborative, respectful relationships with internal team and contractor partners to ensure the free flow of information needed for reports; build trust to ensure a productive working relationship. Gathers the data needed for all progress reporting and updates SmartSheets daily. Ensures project schedule is always current; ensures production tracker is updated daily.
