Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in CANTON, Ohio. The role involves a significant contribution to the maintenance of our financial records in a diverse range of tasks. The successful candidate will be part of a team working in a dynamic environment, utilizing a range of skills including account reconciliation, billing, data entry, and proficiency in various software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and receivables

• Manage and keep track of cash receipts

• Carry out account reconciliation duties to maintain accurate financial records

• Efficiently process invoices and payments

• Utilize software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Conduct data entry tasks related to financial transactions

• Oversee the payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies and take necessary action

• Manage financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive financial information. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledgeable in Billing processes and procedures

• Skilled in Data Entry tasks

• Ability to handle Invoice Processing efficiently

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for financial data management

• Experience with Oracle for database management

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Knowledge of SAP for business process management.
