Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accountant in CANTON, Ohio, United States. The company is in the non-profit sector. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations, and utilizing various accounting software systems to optimize financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions • Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations • Execute reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records • Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial operations • Employ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for effective financial management • Work with ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial services • Leverage Great Plains (GPAC) for financial reporting and analysis • Implement budget processes, ensuring fiscal efficiency and accuracy • Manage accounting functions to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial

• Experience with ERP Solutions would be advantageous

• Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC) is desirable

• Must have a solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Must have a strong grasp of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills are essential

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required
