Position Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives related to our client’s cybersecurity project portfolio. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new cybersecurity processes, technologies, and policies across the organization.
This is a Full Time Employment opportunity based in the US where there is a CGI Office. Preferred locations: Boston, MA, Lafayette, LA and Knoxville, TN in a Hybrid Model.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of cybersecurity measures.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support cybersecurity projects, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
• Assess the impact of changes on individuals, teams, and processes.
• Identify potential barriers to change and develop plans to mitigate resistance.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers in implementing change.
• Develop and maintain change management metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare employees for upcoming changes.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that change management efforts align with project delivery.
• Monitor the success of change implementation and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the change process, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and impact of change initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability across the organization.
• Create and deliver training and communication plans to educate employees on new cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field, preferably in a cybersecurity or IT environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational change.
• Experience with Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $106,200- $146,600.
