Description We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team. Located in Canton, Massachusetts, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client service requests, executing transactions, and assisting in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Handle client service requests and work proactively to resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Complete administrative duties such as managing the client service hotline, email inbox, and processing forms
• Execute daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Collaborate with clients to prepare documentation for both Domestic and International wire transfers
• Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
• Support the lending application process and contribute to credit and loan processing functions
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance and maintain client portfolios
• Work with clients to ensure proper account opening procedures, documentation, and timely completion of account opening packages
• Adhere to compliance requirements related to account opening, documentation, positioning, and notifications
• Manage online banking platforms and complete monthly banking tasks
• Contribute to the team's marketing strategy and coordinate client events
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Job title: Client Service Associate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively
• Experience in Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation, showcasing strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Monthly Bank procedures, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial systems and procedures
• Proficiency in maintaining and managing Monthly Balance Sheets, displaying strong organizational skills
• Experience in Monthly Bank Reconciliation, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and reliability in handling financial data
