Key responsibilities for this role include:

Support the Marketing Operations team in the Viatris Promotional Material review process to help ensure streamlined and efficient execution of the review and approval of promotional materials for all NA Business Units.

Prepare, analyze and deliver reports to commercial business partners on the status of Viatris promotional materials.

Connect, collaborate and engage with key stakeholders as needed to ensure success of Viatris' Promotional Material review process.

Support Marketing Operations process initiatives for Viatris' print production/fulfillment and regional convention programs.

Support Marketing Operations initiatives with special projects and enhancement programs as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Marketing or Business Administration degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

The salary range for this position is: if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
