Key responsibilities for this role include:

Assist in providing customer service to all employees by serving as a liaison between the employee and the respective Viatris contact responsible for relationship management; e.g. assisting with calls, emails, chats and general inquiries.

Develop a working knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures, Employee Benefits, Employee Compensation, Time Management, Employee Relations, and Payroll.

Support HR transactional activities (benefits, compensation, payroll, employee and manager direct access).

Support of HR Systems to include but not limited to account creation, password resets and troubleshooting.

Support key initiatives operated through the Americas HR Service Center.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Must possess knowledge of general HR policy and procedures.

Must possess a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and external vendors via multiple sources such as telephone, email, etc.Must also possess the ability to learn and retain information related to HR Programs, Policies, and Procedures.Must have proficiency in all Microsoft office tools.

The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Human Relations degree program, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred, however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelors degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Masters degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
