Description We are in search of a Customer Developer and Support specialist to join our team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on both front-end and back-end development, providing excellent customer support and acting as a bridge between technical and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be involved in creating and maintaining software development kits (SDKs) and open-source solutions, and will have a deep understanding of Python.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve Python SDKs and open-source solutions to ensure efficient integration with our products and services.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and other automated tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of our products.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and features.

• Produce comprehensive documentation, including code samples, tutorials, and API references, to facilitate ease of use and integration by developers.

• Engage with the developer community, understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide support via forums, GitHub, and other communication channels.

• Provide advanced technical assistance to our customers, gathering detailed information about their issues, providing status updates, and offering solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Python developments, libraries, and trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the SDKs based on user feedback and technological advancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers, including software, hardware, network, and configuration-related problems.

• Experience with Database and Database Objects

• Demonstrable knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Informatica

• Experience with AB Testing

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)

• Ability to create Business Requirement Document

• Skills to Create Dashboards

• Experience in Data Warehousing

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
