  • Global Technology client, Canberra based

  • Mixture of technical facilities support and administrative duties

  • 8- 12 months full time fixed term role (maternity cover)

The Opportunity:

  • Create positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.

  • Welcome visitors with warm and friendly demeanour

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace; badge management for guests, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.

  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment

  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail. Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.

  • Assist with administration and facilities duties

About you:

  • Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of the company.

  • Approachable, genuine and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills

  • Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks

  • Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role

  • Preferably has a trade background, but not essential
