Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet specific QAS project objectives. • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between ZOLL Medical, QAS, and other relevant stakeholders. Establish clear and effective communication channels, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines and deliverables. Develop mitigation strategies to address risks proactively. • Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, required for successful project completion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resource utilization. • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities align with regulatory standards and Zoll Medical’s quality assurance policies. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans. Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and stakeholders. • Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum. • Performance Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or a related field. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and familiarity with healthcare/medical device standards. • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across different teams and cultures. • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of overcoming project challenges and delivering results. • Travel: Willingness to travel within Queensland and other locations as required by the project.Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing large-scale projects with government or public health organizations. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to medical devices or healthcare services in Australia. • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Benefits:
