Her client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team and manage high-volume payroll processing with precision and compliance.

Job Description:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, wages, and deductions.

  • Handle payroll discrepancies, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Assist in year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-volume tasks.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

  • A go-getter attitude with the drive to excel and contribute to the team's success.
