Housekeeper - 18 fulltime, temporary, peakload (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/25-12/31/25.

Duties: Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other property buildings, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, cleaning and replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, stocking and organizing, sanitizing, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. Some outdoor spaces included. Ensures that all rooms are secured upon leaving the guest room. Stocks, organizes, and maintains service closets and carts according to standards and procedures before, during and after shift. Inspects room upon cleaning by touch, sight, sound, and smell and ensures room is thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy. Completes paperwork neatly, thoroughly, and accurately. Works productively and efficiently with or without supervision when performing routine tasks.
3 months housekeeping experience required. No education required. On the job training will be provided. Willing to accept a trainee. Will accept related experience: housekeeping experience in a luxury resort.
Must have ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards, and the ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs. Must speak, read, and write the English language and communicates in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to Hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and flex arms, walk up and down stairs/inclines, sit, climb up/down ladders, or stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
Work days: Normal Workdays: Monday through Sunday 7 days a week. Business Operations: 7 days a week 24 hour business operation needs. 8 hrs/day.; Normal shift time required of workers include: 6:00amto 2:30pm; 8am 4:30pm; 2:30pm to 11:00pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am. Holidays and weekends included. Workers will work 35 at least hours per week and will work weekends, spilt, and rotate shifts. Base rate $18.00 per hour and $27.00 per hour for overtime when available.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Optional employer provided housing at rate of .85/hr worked is available. 4 meals/shift included. Transportation provided at no cost.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer to provide uniform; workers will launder wash & wear material.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
