Off Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd available

Salary: 85K-100K (depends on experience and interview)

*Direct Hire | 120hr of PTO to start | Benefits | Climate Controlled work Environment

Job Description

The Maintenance supervisor will support the maintenance manager in planning, organizing, and directing within the maintenance department.

• Supervisor's will lead, assigns, and supervise 3-5 technicians on shift

• Help develop technicians.

• Provide technical expertise and participates in the repair, maintenance, operation, and installation of production equipment

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in Industrial Maintenance

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance

• Experience with maintenance concepts, tools, and techniques, including Performance Measurement, robotic interface, predictive and preventative Maintenance, CMMs, Electrical.

• Experience reading blueprints and manuals.
