Job Requisition: REQ3311 Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Hiring range: $18.74- $25.07
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
Assists with treatments ordered by physician, as supervised by physician or Registered nurse.
Performs select clinical duties
Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on chart
Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patient
Performs basic clerical duties including answering phone, maintaining records and filing
Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies
Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Provides general office and clerical support to assigned area.Associates will help to maintain the accuracy, privacy and completeness of the ambulatory medical record in accordance with policies and procedures and State and Federal Regulations by creating, scanning and electronically filing documents. Contributes to patient care to assist release of information and coordination of care.

Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using Personal Protective Equipment as required.
Minimum Qualifications: Required credentials: BLS provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer.
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
