Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Assistant Manager:

• Performs periodic drive-by or walk-by inspections of buildings and grounds, resolves unsatisfactory conditions with residents and initiates' lease termination proceedings when warranted.

• Performs administrative task maintains resident files; prepares reports required by HUD and the Authority; maintains inventory records and takes annual inventory; submits purchase requests for needed items and services; and maintains petty cash fund.

• Attends departmental and Authority wide staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

• Collects monthly rents from residents, only check and money orders.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Must have Driver License

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be COMPUTER SAVY

• Must have customer service experience

• Must have management experience

• Must submit a resume

• Background Check Required

• Drug Test Required
