We are in the process of hiring a Property Accountant to be part of our team located in CAMPBELL, California, 95008, United States. The role involves month end close, CAM reconciliations, managing financial transactions and conducting detailed financial analysis in the commercial real estate industry. This role will require the successful candidate to be proficient in software like Microsoft Excel and Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash activities and ensure accurate financial records

• Conduct financial variance analysis to support decision-making processes

• Perform CAM reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial management efforts

• Use Microsoft Excel and Yardi Voyager for financial accounting tasks

• Provide financial statements and tax information

• Manage budget processes and property accounting functions

• Perform detailed financial analysis and ensure accurate accounting functions

• Support the commercial real estate and property management team with financial tasks.

Requirements

• Must hold at least 3 years of experience in Commercial property accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of accounting functions and budget processes is essential.

• Experience with cash activity accounting is required.

• Proven track record in property accounting is necessary.

• Strong analytical skills for financial data interpretation and analysis.

• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software is required.
