First Division Consulting Site Lead/Academics and Schedule Management - MISTC West (Contingent) in Camp Pendleton West, California
Contingent upon contract award.
First Division Consulting is hiring a(n) Site Lead to direct all academic and scheduling operations at MISTC West and ensure efficient training delivery and alignment with Marine Corps objectives.
The contractor shall perform the following task(s):
Manage the academic schedule and oversee daily training operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for site leadership and coordination.
Supervise training staff and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements
Active Secret clearance is Required.
Strong leadership and program management experience.
Proven ability to manage academic schedules and training programs.
Must be a US citizen.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
