Description

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and exhibit a proactive attitude in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.

• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and data.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and manage inventories.

• Support the Operations Manager in ensuring that the operational aspects of the business run smoothly.

• Assist in problem-solving and coordinate resources to ensure operational tasks are handled promptly.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in operations or in a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• High degree of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
